Re: Round 5 : Mid Ohio Sports Car Course
I actually enjoyed this race a lot. Some how the BMW is just so much more fun to drive, drifting it around rather than the dosile FWD cars. Think i might drive the BMW from now on...and how ironic...i settle on the mindset of lag and dont setup my wheel...and then there is no lag for me, or very little!!! Damn it all lol. Still enjoyed it a lot.
Could you guys (Trevisio, Cronnie, Torg22) let me know the results of your last race meeting race 1 and 2, still dont have those to update points. Will update with last nights race, but still need the previous points!

I won all 3 races by 10 minutes lol.
Errr i won race 1 then picked up 2 3rds i believe. I think Torg has sent results to you.
Im glad Mid Ohio is over. Hate that track. Shouldve gone for Macau so i can win

I won race 1 pt 1 lol. Stupid red flag
Just to say, I've had a word with the stewards. Seems trevs car has been running to much turbo boost!

Yep think so. I got 2nd off of trev in the later stages of the race after my car took off like an airplane when fighting with you.

Re: Round 5 : Mid Ohio Sports Car Course
There were no turbos in the 2007 WTCC Torg but it felt like I had one on my Alfa last night - I've never been that fast around Mid-Ohio before - did a 1:32.5 top3 leaderboard laptime in that last race as I was pushing hard to maintain the gap to you - as you probably saw, twice in 2 races at turn 1 I nearly lost it!
Twister - the BMW is very quick with the right driver/setup - yes its always fun to slide around too, and they are awesome off the startline at standing starts, but fwd always wins when there's a bit of side by side racing action as they're much more stable. They can still be backed into corners as well, with the right brake settings. Well the Alfa can anyway.
